Rescuers found the bodies of three skiers killed by a massive avalanche in the French ski resort of Les Arcs, local police said on Saturday.
Two bodies were found Friday after an avalanche crashed on the runway area of the valley in the southeastern French department of Savoie, and the third was under nine feet of snow buried Saturday afternoon the local media.
All victims, including a professional local guide, were equipped with avalanche and airbag systems.
The rescue team, said the spate of measures to fill 1,000 feet wide at its base and two sides of the valley, which was extended over 2000 feet wide.
